Studio Vint is a boutique design studio specialising in bespoke homes, extensions and renovations, with work spanning interior architecture, spatial planning, furniture and artwork procurement, and the delivery of one‑off residential builds. The studio creates contemporary, highly considered spaces shaped by clients’ lifestyles and mindful of how they choose to inhabit their homes.
A deep understanding of clients sits at the centre of the practice. The team listens closely and translates ideas, values and ways of living into architecture and interiors that feel personal, intuitive and uniquely their own.
Their work is defined by quiet precision. Ideas are grounded in an understanding of how homes are made, allowing them to move effortlessly into construction. Detailing is deliberate; the meeting of materials, the softness of transitions, the choreography of light. Each project responds to its site and to the rhythms of daily life, embracing landscape and the interplay between indoor and outdoor environments.
The studio’s aesthetic is modern, warm and understated, drawing on European influences, traditional craftsmanship and fine detailing. Natural materials, honest construction and the quiet luxury of well‑crafted homes sit at the heart of the practice.
Originally founded in 2013 in the UK as Vint & Smith, Studio Vint relocated to Sydney in 2022, where it continues to practise today.
